Animal Farm

Animal Farm is a satirical novella by George Orwell that allegorizes the rise of totalitarian regimes, particularly Stalinist Russia. Set on a farm, the animals overthrow their human owner in the name of equality and freedom, only to see their society turn into a dictatorship under the leadership of the pigs, particularly Napoleon.
